This policy explains how Vectorial Growth LLC (“Vectorial Growth”, “we”, “us”) handles personal data when you visit vectorialgrowth.com or apply to work with us.

We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy.
What we collect
When you apply. Name, work email, phone number (optional), company, website, country, revenue range, and your answers to the application questions.
When you browse. If you accept cookies: data collected by Meta Pixel and Google Analytics, such as pages visited, device and browser information, approximate location and identifiers set by those tools. If you decline, these tools are not loaded.
Technical logs. Our hosting provider processes IP addresses and request data to deliver and secure the site.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use your application data for automated decisions about you.
Who we share it with
Service providers that process data on our behalf, under contract:
- Website hosting (Vercel Inc., USA)
- CRM and communication tools we use to manage applications (providers based in the USA and the EU; a list is available on request)
- Analytics and advertising, only with your consent (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.; Google Ireland Ltd.)
We may also disclose data if required by law.
International transfers
We are based in the United States and some providers are too. When personal data from the EU/EEA or UK is transferred to the US, we rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the recipient is certified, or on Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
- Applications that don’t lead to a partnership: up to 24 months, then deleted.
- Partners: for the duration of the partnership and as long as required for legal and accounting purposes afterwards.
- Analytics data: according to the retention settings of the respective tool, max 26 months.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your data, and to receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time (via the cookie banner link in the footer, or by contacting us). Email hello@vectorialgrowth.com. We reply within one month.
If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority (for example IMY in Sweden or the ICO in the UK).
Cookies
We use a consent banner. Only strictly necessary storage (remembering your cookie choice) is used without consent. Analytics and advertising cookies load only after you click Accept.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
